There is no contact form on this page. The site is a set of static files with no server behind it, so a form would have to send your message somewhere else, and the rest of this site is built on not doing that. An email address is the honest version.
Reporting a result you think is wrong
This is the most useful message the site can get. Include four things and the problem can usually be found without a reply:
- The address of the page.
- Exactly what you entered, copied and pasted rather than retyped.
- What the page showed you.
- What you expected, and how you worked it out.
A wrong value is either a bug in the code or a bad row in the knowledge base behind it. The methodology page explains how both are meant to be prevented and what the checks do and do not cover.
Privacy requests
Write to the same address and say what you want to know or want done. Read the privacy policy first, because the answer to most requests is that the data does not exist: this site holds no accounts, stores nothing you type, and keeps no server logs of its own. The part that does involve personal data is the advertising, and the policy explains what to ask for and who to ask.
Accessibility barriers
If something here does not work with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or high contrast, that is a defect and the report is welcome. Say which page, which browser and which assistive software, and what happened. The accessibility statement records what has and has not been tested.
Legal notices
Notices under the terms of use, copyright complaints and other formal correspondence go to the same address. A postal address for the operator is in the notice on what the site collects.
What to expect
Messages are read by Suraj Giri, who maintains the site, not answered by a system. There is no promised response time and it would be dishonest to print one, since this site charges nothing and staffs no support desk. Reports that include a page address and a reproducible example are acted on first, because they can be acted on at all.
Requests that carry a legal deadline, such as the data-subject rights in the privacy policy, are answered inside the time the law allows.
What this address cannot help with
- Account problems. There are no accounts.
- Deleting data you entered into a converter. It was never received, so there is nothing to delete. Closing the tab is the deletion.
- Recovering something you converted earlier. Nothing is stored between visits.
- Advice about what a converted value means for your situation. The tools convert values and that is the whole of it.
